Groner, Sixty-first Virginia; two by the Forty-first Virginia, Colonel Parham; one by the Eleventh Alabama, Colonel Taylor; one by the Third Georgia regiment, and one by the Third Georgia Battalion.”  This may not be conclusive evidence that Parham was on the field in command, only that he occupied the Colonelcy.  It doesn’t seem likely that Parham was present.  More research is needed.
