Monday May 9, 18641

(Editor: crossed out text) Warm day. Relieved from the Pits on the morning. Make some Bridges.

Warm + Gusty. Parked all day near Spottsylvania Church. Heavy firing towards the evening. Gen’l Sedgwick killed.
