Note: Companies F and H of the 28th Georgia Artillery Battalion acted as infantry and were attached to Finegan’s Florida Brigade during the Siege of Petersburg. I am unclear on exactly when this small unit was attached, for what duration, and if it acted in the field with one of the Florida regiments rather than acting as an independent battalion. It appears at least Company F was integrated into the 11th Florida in early 1865.
