Octave Bruso Diary: May 2, 1864

Monday May 2, 18641

Pleasent until about 3 o clock. Got up at 4 o’clock A.M. to leave for the spring campaign. A heavy rain on (Editor: or “all”) the Eve. Camped across the Hazel River.
